Start your day with some light Bollywood-inspired dance and chair-based exercises. These sessions are perfect for all fitness levels and are a great way to get moving in a relaxed, supportive setting.

📖 Story Time with Bev
Got little ones? Don’t miss story time with Bev, who’ll be reading her very own tale about a messy little boy. It’s fun, engaging, and perfect for sparking young imaginations.

🥊 Knock Out Depression
Looking to boost your mood and lower stress? The Knock Out Depression team will be leading gentle boxing-style workouts that are great for both physical and mental wellbeing.

With activities running from 10AM to 2PM, you can pop in for one session or stay for the whole day.

Free to attend. No booking required, just turn up and get involved!

Throughout August, Wellington Square is turning up the fun with free family-friendly events every Saturday from 10am–2pm, and everyone’s invited!

Here’s what’s coming up:

🌟 2nd August – SIRF Weekend
We’re kicking off the month with a SIRF-style weekend! Expect energy, excitement, and plenty to see. We’ll have a face painter in the square and a whole lot more! Keep your eyes peeled for more info!

🚂 9th August – Tracks Through Time
All aboard for a day of discovery! Enjoy rides on our land train, get creative in our crafts corner, and take the controls in our train simulator. Yes, you can drive one yourself!

⚽ 16th August – Sports Day
Ready, set, go! We’re inflating the fun with a mix of sports-themed inflatables that’ll keep the kids active and entertained all day.

🏖️ 23rd August – Seaside Special
We’re bringing the beach to the Square! Enjoy seaside-themed arcade games, get stuck into crafts, and top it all off with a free ice cream.

Whether you’re popping in for the shops or planning a full day out, our summer events are the perfect excuse to make some memories together. Best of all? Every activity is completely free.
