It’s National Customer Service Week, and here at Wellington Square, we want to shine a spotlight on the friendly faces who keep our centre safe, clean, welcoming, and vibrant every day.

From keeping our square clean and tidy to helping you when you need it most, our dedicated team is at the heart of everything we do.

Safety & Security First

Your peace of mind is our top priority. Protected by 24-hour CCTV, our dedicated on-site security team works closely with local emergency services and counter-terrorism teams to deal with any situation swiftly and professionally. If you need help finding lost property, reuniting with a lost child, or simply asking for directions, our team is trained to the highest standard to support you. The Management team are located in the Management office opposite Iceland.

Wellington Square is a thriving place to shop and a vibrant hub where Stockton comes together. Our team takes huge pride in maintaining our space, from watering the greenery around the square to hosting free family events, working with local schools, and supporting local charities like the MFC Foundation, Teesside MIND, and Daisy Chain.

Ask Flo & Quiet Hours.

 We offer discreet, free period products via our Ask Flo scheme, just ask any staff member for ‘Flo’. Plus, join us for low-sensory Quiet Hours every Friday and Saturday from 3pm to 5pm.
