Celebrate BBQ Month

IT’S ALMOST BBQ month so it’s the perfect excuse to fire up the grill and celebrate in style!

Classic BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
* 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
* Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
* Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
* Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
* Brush BBQ sauce generously over each chicken breast during the last few minutes of grilling, allowing it to caramelize.
* Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
* 4 ears of corn, husked
* 2 tablespoons butter, melted
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
* Preheat your grill to medium heat.
* Brush each ear of corn with melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
* Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and lightly charred.
* Remove the corn from the grill and serve immediately, optionally with extra butter and seasoning on the side.

Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:
* Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, onions, courgette, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms) cut into chunks
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating different varieties for a colorful presentation.

Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and serve hot as a tasty side dish or as a vegetarian main course.
