Classic Mac & Cheese

* 2 cups elbow macaroni
* 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 3 cups milk
* 1/4 cup butter
* 2 1/2 tablespoons plain flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika

Cook macaroni and drain.
Melt butter and stir in flour until smooth.
Add milk and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add cheeses and stir until smooth. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked macaroni and stir until evenly coated.

Luscious Lemon Cheesecake

* 1 1/2 cups digestive biscuit crumbs
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup butter, melted
* 8 oz cream cheese
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 large eggs
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon lemon zest

*Preheat oven to 165°C. Mix digestive crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.*Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
* Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.*Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the centre is almost set.*Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie


* 1 cup fresh hulled strawberries
* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* Ice cubes


* Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
* Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until frothy.
* Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
