Looking for something uplifting to do this summer? Join us on Tuesday 30th July for Wellington Wellness. A free event packed with gentle movement, family fun, and wellbeing-focused activities designed to help you feel your best.

Here’s what’s on throughout the day:

🧘 Shape the Play
Start your day with some light Bollywood-inspired dance and chair-based exercises. These sessions are perfect for all fitness levels and are a great way to get moving in a relaxed, supportive setting.

📖 Story Time with Bev
Got little ones? Don’t miss story time with Bev, who’ll be reading her very own tale about a messy little boy. It’s fun, engaging, and perfect for sparking young imaginations.

🥊 Knock Out Depression
Looking to boost your mood and lower stress? The Knock Out Depression team will be leading gentle boxing-style workouts that are great for both physical and mental wellbeing.

With activities running from 10AM to 2PM, you can pop in for one session or stay for the whole day.

Free to attend. No booking required, just turn up and get involved!
