WE HAVE teamed up with our friends at ARC Stockton and their new show ‘The Queen of the North.’

Stockton Market is over 700 years old and has continued to be a pivotal part of the town’s identity and history, and we think it deserves to be celebrated with a show!

Tommy, the show’s writer and performer, has been spending the last six months in Stockton-on-Tees to make a show about Stockton’s our historic market, oral histories and working class narratives with a North and South divide.

But now we need your help! We want to know what the market means to you – whether it’s buying your first record, picking up a to-die-for vintage dress or your weekly fruit and veg stop, stop by ‘The Queen of the North’ pop-up and have a chat.

Join us on Wednesday 29^th May from 10am to 2pm, and share your stories, memories and thoughts to help inspire the show, all while enjoying a free cuppa!
