A BIG congrats to Bev from our Holland & Barrett store who after passing her apprenticeship has now received a Retail Team Leader qualification. 

Beverley Wilson, who has been with Holland & Barrett since November 2020, recently undertook the internal 18-month course and passed with flying colours!

The Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship programme saw Bev learn how to run a business undertaking modules including marketing, sales and team building – she also passed her Level 2 Maths and English as part of the course.

Bev said: “I wanted a qualification to sit alongside my years of retail experience and when this opportunity came up I jumped at the chance!

“I now feel a lot confident in my Store Supervisor role and more poised to go for a more senior role in the business with the backing of my new qualification behind me” added Bev.
